Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Equisit Way Of Life. These Terms of Service govern your use of our websites, equisithorses.com and equisitwayoflife.horse, and all programmes, training, coaching, content, and services offered through them.

By accessing our websites, opting in to our free training, purchasing a programme, or enrolling in Nexus Gold or Nexus Platinum, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our service.

In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Equisit — Horses Improving People, based in Spain. "You" refers to anyone using our website, opting in to our training, or purchasing a programme from us.

Who Can Use Our Service

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel enrolments at our sole discretion if these conditions are not met or if our programme is not the right fit.

Our Programmes and Services

We provide education, coaching, and community access through the following programmes:

• Free training and resources, including The Natural Collection Secret and 3 Steps to Natural Collection Breakthrough.
• Self-study programmes covering our Natural Collection, SEATology, and HIIT for Horses methodologies.
• Nexus Gold, our 12-month coaching programme delivered personally by Tony and Franzi.
• Nexus Platinum, our high-touch coaching programme with in-person immersive time.

Our programmes are educational in nature. They provide guidance, frameworks, and coaching to support you in developing your horsemanship. Results depend on your commitment, implementation, and circumstances.

No Guarantee of Results

Testimonials, case studies, and client stories shared on our websites reflect the actual experiences of real clients. They are not typical results and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees. Your results will be unique to you and your horse.

We are educators, not veterinarians, medical professionals, or animal health specialists. Nothing we teach constitutes veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding your horse's health, behaviour, or fitness to train.

Payment Terms

When you purchase a programme, you agree to the following:

• All prices are shown in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• For payment plans, your card will be charged automatically on the agreed schedule. You authorise us to process these recurring payments until the full programme fee is paid.
• If a payment fails, you remain responsible for the outstanding amount. We may pause access to the programme until payment is resolved.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is specific to each programme:

For free training, guides, and low-cost offers (€27, €57), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

For Nexus Platinum and bespoke programmes, refund terms are outlined in your individual enrolment agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through our programmes, websites, and communications — including videos, written materials, frameworks, methodologies, coaching content, and community discussions — is the intellectual property of Equisit — Horses Improving People.

When you purchase a programme, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content.
• Share your login credentials, videos, or materials with anyone else.
• Teach, coach, or sell our methodologies to third parties without our written permission.
• Record, screenshot, or share content from live coaching calls or private community spaces.

The terms Natural Collection, SEATology, HIIT for Horses, Connection Through Collection, Nexus Gold, Nexus Platinum, and Equisit Way Of Life are proprietary to us. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

Community and Coaching Conduct

Our coaching programmes include access to private communities and live calls. To maintain a safe, supportive environment for everyone, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with coaches and fellow members.
• Keep all discussions, shared videos, and coaching content confidential within the community.
• Avoid promoting other programmes, coaches, or products without our permission.
• Approach feedback and coaching with openness rather than argument.

We reserve the right to remove members who behave disrespectfully, breach confidentiality, or disrupt the learning environment of others.

Safety and Personal Responsibility

You agree to:

• Assess your own ability and your horse's readiness before attempting any technique.
• Use appropriate safety equipment, including a helmet when riding.
• Consult a veterinarian regarding your horse's fitness to train.
• Consult a medical professional regarding your own fitness to participate.
• Seek qualified in-person support when needed.

We provide education and guidance remotely. We are not physically present with you or your horse and cannot assess conditions on the ground. You make all decisions regarding what to practise, when, and how.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equisit — Horses Improving People, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage to you, your horse, or third parties arising from your use of our programmes or content.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity.
• Actions, decisions, or outcomes based on our educational content.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific programme in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equisit — Horses Improving People, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our programmes, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party platforms to deliver our service, including Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, and GoHighLevel. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party platforms, nor for any issues arising from their use.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our programmes if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Fail to make agreed payments.
• Share or misuse our intellectual property.
• Behave disrespectfully towards our team or community.

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations. You may also request to leave a programme at any time, subject to the refund terms outlined in your enrolment agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our service, our business, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service will be resolved in the courts of Spain.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
